where did the fucking time go?
i know this is supposed to be about music... but it sorta is.
I was reading Emily Haines' letter to the fans on metric's website and she posed the question.... "where did the time go?"... this video struck me as the perfect source of reference. Is technology really taking over our lives?

its crazy, because like, i know it sounds weird, but i always had this fear that all the record/ music stores would close because iPods were going to take over and everyone was just going to download everything, and now its like that nightmare is becoming a reality. and honestly i hate it. its so scary to me. i love the idea of going to a music store and buying new cds. its crazy. i dont even know what to say. but it scares me. thank you for posting this.
